Does my battery need to be registered after replacement?

Yes. Over time, your charging system changes in reference to your battery needs. As your battery ages, these needs change. By registering your battery, you're preparing your vehicle to perform it's best.

I had an auto parts store diagnose my car; can you replace the part they recommended?

Unfortunately, no. The auto parts store did not diagnose your vehicle. They did a generic scan. We spend time, as certified technicians, to accurately diagnose your problem and give you the real answer. We spend time on our education, have European diagnostic aids and tools with the latest software. We are unable to repair a vehicle based on the recommendation of someone else. We pride ourselves on our ability and knowledge of these specific vehicles.
